Wincasa has been part of Implenia since the closing in May. We are very much looking forward to combining our competencies and thus creating a unique, integrated offering for our customers. Wincasa will be managed as a legally and operationally independent entity Wincasa AG within the Buildings Division. The strong and established Wincasa brand will remain. Wincasa's subsidiary streamnow AG will also remain a legally independent company with its own streamnow brand. Wincasa's successful business will be seamlessly continued by the existing management team and CEO Oliver Hofmann.

Wincasa is the leading integrated real estate service provider in Switzerland and accompanies real estate through its entire life cycle, from planning, construction and management to revitalization and repositioning of a property. Further core competencies: shopping centers, sustainability issues, facility management and the conception of digital solutions and apps via Wincasa's PropTech subsidiary streamnow.

Real estate management

Wincasa ensures the operation of 250,420 properties, around 30% of which are apartments. On behalf of its customers, the team manages owner and tenant portals and handles property accounting, among other things.

Center & Mixed Use Site Management

Wincasa operates around 85 shopping centers and approximately 35 mixed-use sites. The team supports customers from the planning stage through site selection and construction to the opening of a center, ensures proper operation and looks after the well-being of tenants and their customers with a variety of services such as multi-owner community management (MEG) or community management.

Tailor-made real estate consulting

Wincasa finds the right offer for every space. In the case of vacancies or properties with changed space requirements, the team of specialists provides exciting impulses and repositions them. Changes in consumption, living and working patterns are a challenge for the real estate industry. Wincasa meets individual challenges, develops new approaches to marketing and property management and implements them together with its customers - whether within an existing mandate or as an individual solution.

Construction Management

Wincasa specialists in the field of construction/owner's trust coordinate and supervise customers' construction projects from A to Z. They represent the interests of clients in project management assignments and client fiduciary matters at all stages of a property's life cycle. The fiduciary commitment of Wincasa's specialists generates maximum customer benefit and creates added value. The services include: Client fiduciary services, project and construction management, analyses, investigations and due diligence, project controlling, warranty management and strategic consulting at property level.

Streamnow

With streamnow as a subsidiary, Wincasa has an in-house PropTech company. streamnow digitizes real estate, plans, designs, implements and operates digital solutions for the real estate industry. It combines web and app technologies as well as digital signage solutions - including hardware. This applies to existing properties as well as new construction projects in all areas of use: from residential and commercial to mixed-use buildings and sites.
