Creative urban development

Implenia has been commissioned by Ina Invest to develop a new, lively urban district right next to the Pratteln train station near Basel over the next few years. By 2043, the closed industrial park will be transformed into a colorful, livable space for living, working and leisure.

The new Bredella district, which Implenia is developing in Pratteln over the next few decades on behalf of Ina Invest, will not only be colorful in terms of use, but above all green: the focus of the transformation of the former industrial park is on sustainability. Diverse, attractive outdoor spaces are to ensure a high quality of stay. A special feature is that the site is being transformed into the future while it is still in use. An ongoing dialog with all stakeholders is very important.
