Green ceramic facade

Implenia's building construction and façade technology experts are building the new "Berlin Decks" commercial campus directly on Berlin's Spree Canal, integrated with ARGE partners. The buildings are characterized by their envelope of green ceramic panels developed by Implenia Fassadentechnik and produced in Germany.

The spectacular green shell of the new commercial campus "Berlin Decks" has it all: In Building 1 alone, more than 6,000 ceramic panels are installed over an area of around 3,500 m2 - in different dimensions and geometries. The largest modules are around 1.8 m high, 0.5 m wide and weigh 60 kg. Made from natural raw materials, the ceramic tiles meet the building's high sustainability standards. This creates a working environment in which the future tenants have plenty of room for fresh ideas.
