Finding top talent for team Implenia

For the past ten years, Implenia Sweden has been planning and implementing a wide range of exciting large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across the country. To ensure that we continuously deliver first-class service to our clients, we are constantly looking for talented individuals to complement and further strengthen our committed team. We want to emphasize that we deliver all aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects and dispel the notion that we are solely a tunneling company in Sweden.

Since last year, we have intensified our organic and paid presence on social media, and we now frequently advertise on LinkedIn and Meta to increase brand awareness of Implenia as both a company and an employer. Our primary target group is civil engineers over 35, but we aim to reach as many as possible. Thanks to these efforts, we’ve increased website traffic by 200%, job applications by 300%, and achieved significantly higher engagement and click-through rates than industry benchmarks.

Hi, my name is Lina, and I am the Head of Central Services and PES in Sweden. I have been working at Implenia for a long time, and I still enjoy it just as much! A lot has happened since I started as a Project Engineer, and what I appreciate most about Implenia is how the company is constantly evolving and how we, as employees, get to be a part of that development.

Peter

Hi, my name is Peter, and I work at Implenia. I am proud that my team and I get to be part of building some of the most complex infrastructure projects in Sweden. One of them is the Bypass Stockholm project, where I am the Project Manager.

Therese

Hi, my name is Therese, and I am the Head of Sustainability at Implenia Sweden. Today, I am at the Ersmark Tunnel project in Umeå in the north of Sweden, where we are building a tunnel through Ersmarksberget for the Norrbotnia railway line. Sustainability is crucial to us and is integrated into all our processes. I am very proud and happy that we actively work within this area and we strive to be a role model in the industry when it comes to sustainability.

Virvla

Hi! My name is Virvla Janehag, and I work as a coordinator for the Varberg Tunnel project. Here, we are building a three-kilometer-long rock tunnel under the city to make Varberg safer, calmer, and better connected to the sea and city center. Do you want to have fun at work? Join us!
