Expertise in the construction of data centers

Data centers are the backbone of a digital economy and society. This is where large volumes of data are stored, processed and managed reliably, quickly and securely. Implenia is building a total of three high-performance data centers for the leading Swiss data center provider Green on the Zurich Metro Campus in Dielsdorf. Their availability is time-critical. Because with cloud and AI, the demand for data centers is growing rapidly.

Tight schedule, high requirements

What is needed here is a specialized team that can contribute its many years of experience and extensive expertise as a general contractor. "We know how to optimally manage the construction of data centers on a tight schedule while meeting the customer's highest requirements in terms of quality, security and costs," says project manager Adrian Eberle. Interface management and logistics are correspondingly demanding. Consistently used data and digital processes ensure optimal workflows during construction.
