Compliance on everyone's lips
The campaign, which ran for four months and comprised twelve motifs, makes the topic understandable by taking it to a personal level. With provocative questions, surprising and amusing photo motifs and a catchy slogan, it generates internal conversation, is memorable - and will now be continued due to its success. Not only has compliance received more questions about compliant behavior since the campaign, it also has an excellent conversion rate of 45%. And employees are currently actively signing up to become campaign faces.
The award ceremony took place at Inkometa Days, the largest and most important independent industry conference for internal communications in the DACH region - a coveted award and external confirmation of Implenia's successful activities to strengthen corporate governance and compliance.
