Competitive sport and apprenticeship? Compatible at Implenia!
Implenia has once again been recognized by Swiss Olympic 2024/25 as a "competitive sports-friendly training company". The vignette is awarded to training companies that enable their apprentices to pursue a career in competitive sport alongside their basic vocational training. "We were delighted to receive this recognition, as we put our heart and soul into it," says Sigrid Fuchs, vocational trainer for commercial apprentices at Implenia.
The leading construction and real estate service provider sees the potential of young athletes. "The young talents are real team players, disciplined, performance-oriented and can also deal with setbacks," explains Sigrid Fuchs. "These are all very positive qualities that we look for in all our apprentices. The competitive athletes always bring this with them to a particular degree."
