Effectively creating added value with innovations
Innovation is one of Implenia's four strategic priorities and is embedded throughout the organization. Implenia aims to use its innovations to create profitable growth by effectively offering customers and users added value for their modern living, working and mobility needs. Employees play a central role in this.
Solving problems and doing things differently
The Kickbox Intrapreneurship Program has been promoting personal initiative for five years now. "Our experience in recent years has shown that employees repeatedly encounter problems in their day-to-day work that need to be solved or that they see opportunities to do things differently," explains Diana Fischer. "We are convinced that every employee has good ideas that are just waiting to be heard and implemented together in a structured process." To date, over 150 ideas have been submitted by employees via the intrapreneurship program, 97 projects have been validated, 25 have been piloted and 3 projects have been successfully implemented.

"We are convinced that in each and every employee has good ideas that are just waiting to be implemented."
Diana Fischer, Innovation Analyst Implenia
Anita Eckardt, Head Division Specialties, emphasizes: "At Implenia, we promote a culture of innovation aimed at sustainable solutions. Our teams are encouraged to test new ideas and develop solutions that meet customers' needs and for which they are willing to pay a reasonable price. By valuing bold ideas and sustainable practices, we improve our services and contribute to a more sustainable built environment."
Submit an idea? The course encourages
E-Learning Innovation provides valuable impulses for all interested parties and especially for employees who are looking for an innovative idea or who may already have one in mind. It provides answers to questions such as:
- What is an innovation anyway?
- What types of innovation are there?
- What are megatrends?
- How do I come up with good ideas?
- How does the innovation process work?
- How can you bring structure into something chaotic, which innovation always is?
- How do you find out whether your innovation meets a real customer need?
- How do you turn an idea into a marketable product?
The know-how acquired in 90 minutes and the practical tools for the various process phases will definitely encourage you to work on your own ideas or submit them straight away. The Innovation Hub team is looking forward to it! Good to know: There is a certificate at the end of the course, which can also be integrated on LinkedIn, among other things.
