The second EUREF innovation campus in Germany is being built right next to the Düsseldorf Airport long-distance train station. A special challenge of this campus is that it is completely regenerative and will achieve the CO₂ climate protection targets of the state capital Düsseldorf by 2035 right from the start.

The EUREF Innovation Campus in Düsseldorf combines renewable energy sources in an innovative energy concept. For example, the neighboring quarry pond provides both heat in winter and cold in summer through highly efficient heat pumps. Digital methods such as BIM and lean construction provide security in planning, costing and execution. And to find innovative and pragmatic solutions for the sporty schedule, Implenia works closely with the client and the exclusive partners of the technical building equipment.
