Meine Lehrstelle bringt’s!
Greta Mena is happy about the variety
"I'm in my third year of my apprenticeship at the Wincasa Customer Value Center in Winterthur. I'm grateful for the variety of tasks and the opportunity to apply theory at work so that I can learn everything I need for my apprenticeship: I get to answer emails independently, provide information and make phone calls in English and French. My team really makes sure that we learn everything. I feel really well looked after."
Lorena Hadri appreciates the responsibility
"I'm in my third year of my apprenticeship at the Wincasa Customer Value Center in Winterthur and I love my job: I'm involved in a huge number of projects - we design T-shirts for visitors, carry out practical tests and plan our summer event. The best thing is that I can already take on a lot of responsibility as a 'buddy' for younger apprentices, but also for other employees who I guide and lead through our IT system. The best thing about my apprenticeship: it's at Wincasa!"
Aurelio Maddaloni loves the flexibility of the apprenticeship program
"I'm in the third year of my commercial apprenticeship and am currently working on our website and other communication channels in Marketing & Communications. Before that, I was already in HR, Finance & Controlling and Vocational Trainers & Projects. I like the fact that at Implenia I can choose which departments I want to spend six months in. There is also a very good, relaxed atmosphere in the team and good working conditions, such as the eight weeks' vacation."

Tarik Mustafic appreciates working in a team
"After completing my federal vocational certificate EBA, I'm now finishing my apprenticeship in road construction at Implenia in Aargau. The work is very varied. There are new challenges every day. I like the fact that I'm never alone. We are a team. When problems arise, even when mistakes happen, we help each other. What I like about the program for apprentices is the many excursions and activities."
Nick Meier enjoys learning for life
"I only started my apprenticeship as a bricklayer this fall, here at Implenia in Zurich. I like the job: I learn something new every day and the work is really varied. A lot of what I'm learning now I can also use in other areas of my life. I like being outside in the fresh air and I like my cool team, who have welcomed and supported me well."
Yanick Eng wants to keep improving
"I'm a road builder in my second year of training and work for Implenia in Aargau. I think the job is cool: You're outside a lot, in the fresh air, you work in a team, everyone pulls in the same direction. Here, everyone is expected to think and work independently. For me, this means that I'm always learning and improving my performance. It's great to see this improvement."
